It took us less than a decade to become a major player in Philippine real estate, and we have not stopped growing ever since. We continue to build not only landmarks, but also comfort, convenience, and—most importantly—trust.
Eton Properties is the real estate brand of the Lucio Tan Group, one of the biggest business conglomerates in the Philippines. Our foreign counterpart, Eton Properties Ltd, is an established real estate brand in Hong Kong and mainland China. With an extensive land bank in strategic locations all over the country, Eton specializes in office projects, commercial centers, mixed-use township developments, high-end and mid-income high-rise and horizontal residential developments, joint ventures, and land lease.
To date, Eton Properties has 35 projects under its wing and has completed 2 townships, 1 nano township, 8 commercial centers, 6 BPO hubs, 1 events venue, 1 hotel, 1 serviced residences, 8 high-rise condominiums, 1 mid-rise development, and 6 residential subdivisions. Among the completed office buildings are Centris Cyberpods 1-5 in Eton Centris, Eton Corinthian Cyberpod in Ortigas and eWestPod at Eton WestEnd Square in Makati.
